i know i'm sorta behind but wadahck: district 9 was the BOMB! like whoa. ok ok, i actually know many people who despise this film but i thought it was AWESOME! sorry, i'm just excited :D i liked the shooting technique [documentary, real-footage sorta feel], the acting, the weapons, the aliens ♥, the storyline [somewhat], the editing, the gore, more gore, more more gore! i liked everything! i really was feeling the style of it all.. how it was shot to be so REAL. uh, i enjoyed it :) A++ for D9! weee!
similar movies: cloverfield [A+], quarantine [B] and transformer 2 [C+]. ah, why am i talking about movies so much? i guess learning FTV 111 last sem has def made me appreciate movies even more so now! esp those weird, post-modernistic ones. for this sem, i'd have to actually film a 3minute documentary and 5min short drama. yikes. but i hope it to be fun ;D i'm optimistic bout this course.
