justification: its been 5 years since i had the pair i currently own and if you've seen my worn-out glasses, you'd also agree with me that its time for a change. not only have i sat on my pathetic specs but i've also dropped it into de toilet bowl.. before it was flushed! thankfully it was only pee. phew! so yeah, i want new glasses dammit! am looking around for geeky-looking ones this time ;D

justification: although i don't really mind florescent lighting as much as some people [hint hint: alison] i sure wouldn't mind some nice dim light for my room either! plus, i get to play with my shadows in this teeny lil room of mine so i wouldn't be so bored and bother yiwen so often. yay! p.s. need to visit IKEA asap! affordable [beginner's] keyboard.
justification: been discussing with yiwen on how to expand my music skills and the best, easiest way is to go get a keyboard so i can practice on my pitching, hearing and well, learn to play some music for myself. bah! don't know if i'll be committed enough tho. i did quit piano while i was only in grade 1 you know! haha. but i'm gonna focus more on the singing elements and we will see about the playing ;D hope the keyboard doesn't end up being a white elephant :P
